Worked as General Manager – Essar Group- 1200 mw coal-based power project from green field to commissioning and then operation and maintenance (2×600 MW sub imported coal-based power plant) completed successfully. (2008-onwards)

Received two appreciation awards from the MD and CEO of DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) during the tenure of JAPS and execute and handle the work with high efficiency level at various position and work area. Involved outage planning, capital and O and M budget in line with DEWA approved budget, closely associate and worked with MMD advisor and EVP-JAP5 with various internal project. Carried out successfully first time in world wet compression as a project leader and other efficiency improvement projects. Carried out Mechanical Maintenance manpower planning during various outages and other internal projects.
